Social Media Video Editing with raw footages with Subtitling

I'm in need of a professional video editor experienced with social media content. The ideal candidate will proficiently:
- Edit social media videos while ensuring a seamless narrative flow.
- Add English subtitles accurately syncing with video content and context.

Subtitles and quality video editing will be the main focus. Versatility, creativity, and attention to detail will be valuable assets for this project. Previous experience with social media platforms and audience engagement is preferred.
You will have to create the video with raw footages and according to the voice over( voiceover will be provided by me)
Cause its a starting so my budget is little less, i will need three videos in 17 days for 25$ for 3 videos, lenght 10 to 12min each.
