Social Media Video Edit

We have a long video that we would like editing down to potential Video-Viral length, with an opening and closing added. If possible, a social media campaign to disseminate it would be ideal. The goal is to elevate the profile of our work supporting marginalized girls. We are a non-profit, so our budget is relatively small.
