Social Media Manager/ Video editor

I'm looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join me and help build and grow my brand across Instagram and beyond.
About Me:
I run a property consulting and short-term rental business, and I'm passionate about creating a life of freedom and inspiring others to do the same. I have a lot of raw content (B-roll footage, educational videos, travel clips) ready to go — I just need someone to help me bring it all to life with great editing, posting plans, and creative ideas.
What I Need Help With:
Editing short-form videos (Reels) from existing raw footage
Editing and repurposing educational videos
Suggesting content ideas based on my brand (I can give you a clear brief to start)
Writing simple, engaging captions
Creating a posting schedule and light content calendar
Light graphic design for stories or carousel posts (Canva is fine!)
Organising content and managing a simple posting workflow
The Ideal Person:
Experienced editing short-form video content (especially for Instagram Reels)
Creative eye for storytelling through short clips
Good at writing captions that sound natural, engaging, and not “salesy”
Organised and able to work independently
Familiar with social media growth trends (especially Instagram growth strategies)
Comfortable working with pre-recorded footage and giving suggestions for new content ideas
Bonus if you understand the property investment, Airbnb, or entrepreneurial space (but not essential)
Details:
Part-time freelance role (estimated 5-8 hours a week to start, with room to grow)
Flexible hours — work around your schedule
Remote work — we communicate via email, WhatsApp, or Trello/Asana
