Small video and sound editing project - quick turn around time

We have a small video editing project that needs a quick turn around time. This includes approximately 8 video clips with audio of an online demo. We would also like to feature certain points on the screen with highlighted boxes or shapes, etc. Lastly we need the audio to be edited to remove mouse clicking sounds, and breathing sounds from the narrator before she speaks.

This needs to be turned around in 1 week with Adobe Premiere original files as well as exported final video handed off when project is complete.
