We are seeking a creative and skilled video editor to collaborate with us in producing high-quality, engaging, and visually stunning Instagram Reels and short-form videos for our salon and makeup services. This role requires someone who understands the beauty and lifestyle industry, is up to date with current social media trends, and can craft content that resonates with our target audience.
Scope of Work:
Edit and produce short-form video content (primarily Reels for Instagram, but may also include TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Enhance raw footage into polished videos with smooth transitions, background music, beauty filters/effects, text overlays, and brand elements.
Work with footage from makeup sessions, bridal makeovers, hair styling, skincare treatments, and behind-the-scenes content.
Understand the aesthetic and branding of the salon and deliver content that reflects it consistently.
Suggest creative video concepts and stay updated on trending formats, audio, and effects.
Optimize videos for engagement, storytelling, and visual appeal.
