Simple Video Creation Tutorial

I'm looking for a basic video creation guide using free, open-source software on Windows. The video will feature Devanagari script in Sanskrit, with my voice-over and a background music track.

Requirements:
- Text-on-screen in Devanagari script, Sanskrit language
- My voice-over
- Background music track
- Static or scrolling text-on-screen

Ideal Skills:
