Short-Form Video Editing with Captions

I need an experienced video editor to improve my short form content - a talking head video. The video clip is already cut and only goes for ~23 seconds. Your main task will be adding the appropriate graphics, relevant B-Roll, pictures, sound effects and subtitles to augment the overall quality and viewer engagement.
