Serial Killer YouTube Video Editor Needed

I'm seeking a talented video editor with an interest in true crime, particularly in content related to serial killers. The videos will be medium in length, between 10-20 minutes. I envision a documentary style for the videos; somewhat akin to the format you would see on a television crime program. Your work will include syncing voiceovers, music, and visuals to create a cohesive final product which draws viewers in and keeps them engaged throughout. A good understanding of pacing and tension would be beneficial, in order to create the suspenseful atmosphere a topic like this requires. Ideal skills and experience for the job would include:

- Proven experience in video editing
- Familiarity with YouTube's formatting and algorithms
- Interest/Background in true crime
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Proficiency with audio mix, special effects, and color correction
