Seeking Music Video Videographer

I'm a local artist looking for a videographer/director who can help me plan and shoot a low-budget music video. The following are preferable:
- A newer director who's looking for projects to add to their portfolio
- Someone who knows good spots around Philly for filming, especially with the pandemic (I've been out of the country for a while)
- Experience filming dancers.
