Seeking Multimedia All-Star & Creative Genius for Multi-Faceted Creative Survey Project
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hi! We are looking for a multi-media all-star and creative genius to help us complete the next phase of our project.
By all-star, we mean someone who can:
• create/edit graphics,
• create/edit audio,
• create/edit video,
• edit audio transcriptions (of Black and African descent voices who speak the various dialects of English),
• and who knows how to bring it together to create a stunning visual work of art.
Our project, titled the Black Economics Conversations Wall of Voices, is an intimate dive into the minds of Black people with the intention of discovering some surprising actions that we can take to enhance our economic outlook.
It's an artistic survey. We asked people to submit their photos and voices by responding to a simple question. From there we'll convert it into an audiogram and still image quotes to post on Instagram, and our website.
We need YOU to help us design and realize the visual aspect of the Instagram posts and audiograms.
This includes (bird's eye view):
• Creating an Instagram puzzle design for the first 50 responses and quotes.
• Complete the transcription and editing process where we transcribe (via A.I.) the audio submissions that respondents sent, and edit them for clarity, ease of listening, and comprehension.
• Next, select background music for the response and add it to their response.
• After that, we create the supporting graphics for that respondent's response (within the graphic theme for the whole project).
• And finally, we edit together the transcribed subtitles and response graphics to create a shareable audiogram.
The target audience is people who identify as Black, Black leaders, and Black people who have something to say about Black economics and the betterment of the lives of Black people.
Our initial request is for 50 complete audiograms (formatted for Instagram), and approximately 175 accompanying Instagram post images that work together as a total and continuing collage with varying themes and flows that provide different visual experiences, but that are still cohesive in nature.
Additionally, we'd like each audiogram response to be also formatted as IG Stories so that we can publish a story in addition to the actual IG post with the respondent's audiogram.
We will provide the storyboard for the first sequence of 45 posts, then update the storyboard as we continue along.
Here are some extra details about the project:
• You will need to be comfortable working from a basic, yet detailed creative brief with some guidance and a fair degree of creative freedom.
• The design should be unique. It should be flowy, fluid, and open. We know you're designing for an environment that is square and boxy, but your design should be curvy, flowy, light, colorful, and feel grand.
• We will provide more design specs during your interview and upon hiring.
• This is a work-for-hire. We own ALL the work you do on this project.
• The source design files (PSD, AI, PPRO, etc.) must be provided upon completion and the source files should be clean, well-organized, layered, etc.
Are you the all-star and creative genius that we're looking for?
We will, of course, support you along the way with guidance and direction to keep the project moving along. We are available to meet via Zoom, Skype, etc. to discuss the project.
