3-Second Baby Safety Hooks

I’m building a repeatable workflow for ultra-short, scroll-stopping intro clips—exactly three seconds each—to open our Reels and TikToks on child safety. Think grainy baby-monitor footage blended with a classic CCTV time-stamp overlay; that combination is the visual language I need.

Each clip should place a fictional, non-identifiable toddler in a real-world room—nursery, kitchen, or living room—and draw a parent’s eye to one unmistakable hazard in the scene. Early episodes on my list include sharp furniture corners, scattered small toys or batteries, glowing stove burners, an unlatched baby gate, and a festive but topple-ready Christmas tree. If you spot other everyday threats while story-boarding, pitch them; the more “I never thought of that” moments the better.

Technical must-haves
• Generated and animated in Runway so every frame matches—no jitter or identity drift.
• Vertical 9:16, 1440×2560, 25 fps, clean edges, no platform watermarks.
• One MP4 per hazard, plus the Runway text prompts, seeds, and any settings that guarantee re-renders match later content.

Acceptance criteria
1. Three-second duration, crystal-clear danger cue within the first second.
2. Baby-monitor / CCTV look present (timestamp, slight noise, muted palette).
3. Toddler stays anonymous and consistent; no real children or stock footage.
4. Hazard is obvious without extra graphics; I should feel uneasy at a glance.
