Searching for a video editor for my youtube channel

Im a youtube channel in the self improvement niche that is looking for a video editor that has some experience on youtube channels, i need him to make videos with a similar editing style of my channel: (Improvement Zeus) and i want him to improve in some way the edition of my past videos to make videos more appealing.
