Searching for a Team to build youtube videos

I'm searching for a team (script writer, video-editor, voice actor) how can make video's on youtube. The theme is Golf. Its about the lifes of golfers. The goal is to upload on a weekly basis. The length of de video has to be between 8-9 minutes and it should be fun to watch.
