Searching for a FAST Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced video editor with proven experience to video edit videos about news channels for our YouTube channel.

Requirements:
1) Capable of using multiple editing styles
2) Capable of using real interviews/footage
3) Switch music often and add music in line with the feeling and flow of the story
4) Clear communication
5) Can edit 2/3 videos per day (so a fast editor cause it's a news channel)

Job Info:
A) 4-6 minute edit
B) You work closely together with our video edit manager
C) Personal training to enhance your skill set
D) 14 videos a week (30 per month in total)

Budget:
A) $15 per video (because we make a lot of videos and you will be our go to editor)
