SaaS Web App Screen Capture Specialist
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I need a freelancer to capture desktop screenshots and short click-flow recordings for a SaaS web app (workbase.itdone.de). Login credentials to a live account with populated data will be provided.
Part 1 – Screenshots (pilot batch first):
Take desktop-only screenshots of the homepage and key pages, showing different states based on varied populated data. You are free to interact with the app to trigger different content states (e.g. different project types, different team sizes, different data entries). No mobile, no hover states — desktop and populated data variations only.
Part 2 – Click-flow videos (after pilot approval):
Using Screen Studio, record short click-flow walkthroughs for up to 44 feature subpages, styled similarly to https://radiorachel.de/de/info. Pages include: Projects, Time Tracking, Calendar, Absences, Reports, Team Time, Personnel, CRM, Recruiting, Profiles, AI, GitHub Sync, Kanban, Dashboard, Budget, Documents, API Keys, Batch Import, Passkeys, Email, Skill Radar, Notifications, Activity, Workforce, CV Analysis, CV API, Calendar Feed, Skillmap API, Sales CRM, Sales Pipeline, Activity Tracker, Chat, Contacts, Files, Spaces, Timesheets, Invoicing, Invoicing Clients, Invoicing Settings, Shift Planning, Goals, Roles, Team Calendar, Onboarding, and the Features overview page.
Process:
I send you login credentials + the list of pages for the first batch
You deliver the first batch of screenshots for quality review
Once approved, we proceed with the remaining pages and click-flow recordings
Deliverables:
PNG screenshots, desktop only, organised by page and data state
Screen Studio (.mp4/.mov) click-flow recordings, one per page, clean cursor with no dead air
Files delivered via shared drive, clearly named by page
