I’m gearing up for a full video suite that will show our cloud-based ERP in its best light and I want a creative partner who can handle everything from scripting to final cut.

The first milestone is a short, high-energy overview that touches every module in seconds—Inventory Management, Order Processing, CRM and the rest—so prospects get the big picture immediately.

Next comes a library of bite-size clips. Each one will zoom in on a single feature or a tight feature group, explaining what problem it solves and why our approach is smarter than the alternatives. I’ll also need a comparison micro-series where you line us up side-by-side with the leading competitors and spotlight the edges we have on speed, usability and total cost of ownership.

For deeper engagement, record full, module-by-module tutorials. These should weave in recognised industry best practices and then demonstrate exactly how the same workflow is configured inside our system—screen share, voice-over, the works—so new users can follow along.

Finally, create industry-specific use-case stories. Wholesale is the top priority, but I also want meaningful nods to manufacturing, services and retail whenever they overlap. Show realistic scenarios, highlight KPI improvements and close with a call to action that feels natural.

Preferred flow: you draft a script outline, I sign it off, you capture footage using our sandbox account, then you polish it in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or your editor of choice, adding subtle motion graphics and captions for clarity. All videos should be delivered in 1080p MP4 with separate SRT subtitle files and editable source assets.
