Growth mission
My expectation is aggressive scaling. I want you tracking analytics daily, A/B-testing thumbnails, tweaking retention hooks and pushing shorts or long-form videos whenever the algorithm shifts. If you’ve cracked the code on CTR, watch-time spikes, and cross-platform funneling, you’ll fit right in.

Monetisation & payment
The channel is already earning. Instead of a fixed fee, we split AdSense, memberships and Super-Thanks revenue 50/50. Your upside grows directly with the views you generate, so the better we perform, the more you earn.

Timeline & workflow
We start immediately and run for three months, but I’m not breathing down your neck on daily deadlines as long as the upload calendar stays consistent and metrics trend upward. You’ll have creative freedom, weekly checkpoint calls with me and access to existing channel assets.
