Level 1: You will start by submitting one 30 second Reel (9:16) made from any of the following videos

Level 2: Paid Assessment. Please Mention your Compensation requirement.
Tasks:
You will be given one already-published podcast episode.
Create Three 30 sec Insta Reels in 9:16 Vertical format. These clips should excite the audience to watch the complete video. Add captions, images, emojis, animations, stock videos and music where you see fit.
Make Two 5-10 minute clips 16:9 Horizontal format for Youtube. Along with an Attention-grabbing thumbnail.
Write an Attractive Title and Description for the video.
*Bonus: Write Chapters (Timestamps) for the podcast Video.
Level 3: You get a job offer to work part-time or full-time.

How much experience do you have? In terms of months or years. (it's ok if you are starting off)
