Reusable Rating Animation Template

We are looking for an experienced motion graphics designer to create a reusable rating animation template for short-form travel content.

We will provide the base artwork. The goal is to turn it into a flexible, reusable animation system that can be used across multiple videos without needing to rebuild or reanimate each time.

Project Overview
The graphic includes three rating wheels representing different categories:
- Cleanliness
- Service
- Comfort

Each wheel contains five rating levels:
- Awful
- Poor
- Decent
- Great
- Outstanding

What We Need
We want each wheel to animate as a smooth spinning selector that lands on a chosen rating. The editor should be able to easily set different ratings for each category, and the animation should automatically adjust accordingly.

Key Requirements
- Animate the provided artwork into a polished wheel-spin rating system
- Create smooth, high-quality motion graphics suitable for social media
- Build a fully reusable template (not a one-off animation)
- Allow easy editing of ratings per wheel without rebuilding the project
- Designed specifically for short-form travel video content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
