Replace a 4K video soundtrack

Very simple project. Replace a 4K video (3 minutes and 17 seconds) original sound track with provided sound track. The new soundtrack duration (03:47) is larger than video so it must be edited to fit. Export as MP4 with 3840x2160, original frame rate, progressive, high-profile, 2-pass vbr, aac 320 kbps audio (high), 48 khz, max depth rendering.
