Replace Interior Doorway With Countryside
Budget: $75 – $100 USD
I have a short clip (currently 25 fps, mp4) where a man walks through an interior doorway into another room. I need the view beyond that doorway completely re-imagined so it feels as though he is stepping in from outside.
Here is the look I’m after:
• The doorway should open from a simple rural countryside vista rather than an interior.
• Directly outside the door, there is a sidewalk and beyond that a road, but it should be twilight. It should look like it is about to get dark.
• If there's room, you can have a field beyond the road, but no buildings.
• You could have a vehicle on the road, just an average car.
No additional houses, barns, or busy details—simplicity will sell the illusion.
Technical notes
• Twilight coloring is very important.
• Final delivery must be a QuickTime .mov rendered at 24 fps, same resolution and codec as the source.
Acceptance
1. When paused on any frame, the countryside plate should look photorealistic with clean edges around the actor and door frame.
2. No noticeable flicker, artefacts, or mismatched grain between original shot and replacement background.
