Removing the people around from a vertical video taken in mobile via video editing

I am looking for a skilled video editor who can remove the people from a vertical video taken on a mobile device. the biy walks and around there are some people in back, I need those people to be completely removed. There are two videos one is 43 seconds another is 1.38 minutes in duration and I would like the side people to be completely removed and enhance the quality of the video. These videos are downloaded form Whatsapp. I need this project completed as soon as possible
