Remove Every other person except one person in a Video

I have a 7 minute video. I want to keep the one same person in all the scenes and visually remove all other people. I want the erasure of the other people to be where the background is reconstructed as best as you can in the time you have. The end product must be provided in MP4 or Ogg Vorbis. When I award you the project I will provide you with a link to the video.
