Remove Branding, Convert to B-W

I have a finished real-estate video that currently carries Harcourts branding. I simply need that branding removed (logos, lower-thirds, intros/outros—wherever it appears) and the entire piece converted to a clean, high-contrast black-and-white look. Nothing else in the edit has to change; the aim is to give the exact same pacing and narrative, just without any Harcourts identifiers and in monochrome.
