Relaxing Insomnia Video Production
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a finished script for a 10-minute YouTube video that explains how to ease insomnia. I now need the full production treatment so the final piece feels soothing, polished, and viewer-friendly.
Here is the creative direction:
• Overall mood: relaxing and calm, so pacing, transitions, and color grading should reinforce a sense of ease.
• Visuals: lean on high-quality nature scenes—think slow-moving forests, gentle ocean waves, night skies—chosen to match each talking point in the script. Simple motion graphics or on-screen text are fine when it helps clarity, but they should never overpower the tranquil feel.
• Audio: layer soft background music underneath my narration voice-over (I will supply the raw voice track, or you can record it if you have a suitable, warm tone and a treated room). Smooth fades and careful EQ are essential so music never competes with the voice. Any light ambient effects you add should be subtle and purposeful.
Deliverables
1. Final video: 10 minutes, 1920×1080, 25/30 fps, H.264 MP4 ready for YouTube upload.
2. Project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) with all media properly linked.
3. A separate WAV of the mixed narration + music track.
4. Text file listing all stock footage/music sources and licenses.
Acceptance criteria: visuals align precisely with the script cues; audio levels hit broadcast-safe standards; no abrupt cuts; overall tone remains calm throughout.
If this aligns with your skills, let me know your typical turnaround time and any questions you have about the script or preferred editing software.
