We are looking for someone who
Responsibilities:
• Attend events and capture key moments in real-time using an iPhone
• Edit and deliver high-quality reels within minutes of capturing footage
• Ensure smooth transitions, engaging effects, and premium aesthetics
• Maintain Rushaura’s brand style: sophisticated, stylish, and timeless
• Work efficiently under time constraints to produce polished content
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Owns an iPhone (preferably latest models with excellent camera quality)
✔️ Strong experience in reel creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
✔️ Skilled in quick, high-quality editing
✔️ Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and aesthetics
✔️ Ability to work on-site at events (must be available for flexible, part-time work)
✔️ Passionate about capturing moments and making visually stunning short videos.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
? Knowledge of color grading, transitions, and sound design
? Understanding of social media trends and viral reel formats
