Reality Show Post-Production

I'm in need of a skilled video editor for my reality show concept. All of the footage was captured On “Zoom“ And screenshots. The editing style should be "raw and unfiltered", capturing the true essence of the footage.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Prior experience in editing reality shows or similar content
- Ability to work with unfiltered, raw footage
- Strong understanding of pacing and rhythm to maintain viewer engagement
- Excellent communication skills for discussing edits and feedback.
