Real Estate Videos about 2-3 minutes long 2-3/week

I am a realtor and in a coaching program,. We are to post 2-3 videos / week for digital marketing. It will be me talking about residential properties for Sellers and Buyers, but with the concentration mostly for Sellers. I will upload a video of a colleague of mine (with her permission) so you can get a very good idea of what I will need. However, her video exceeds the 25MB limit for the file upload. Mine does, too.
I will need it edited also. If anyone has done this and would be interested in this kind of work, please contact me. I am looking for a long term professional association with the video pro. Thank you!
