Real Estate Video Editor Needed

I am seeking a full-time or part-time video editor with a particular focus on real estate content.
Your main duties will include:
- Editing and refining raw footage into high-quality videos that fit our project objectives, predominantly cinematic-style real estate listings.
- Working closely with our creative team to fully grasp project needs and desired results.
- Incorporating music, graphics, animations and effects to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
- Ensuring seamless transitions and logical sequencing.
- Implementing feedback through necessary revisions.
- Keeping up with industry trends to maintain top-tier video content.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years of video editing experience with a compelling portfolio.
- Mastery of video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong grasp of timing, pacing and storytelling.
- A creative mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback incorporation.
