# Motion Graphics Template Needed for Real Estate Social Media (Reusable)
I'm a Realtor looking for a professional motion graphics designer to create a reusable template for my social media videos.
**The goal:**
I want a "Price Reduced" animation where I can simply change two numbers:
* Original listing price
* New listing price
The animation should automatically count or animate from the original price to the new price.
### Requirements
* Modern, premium-looking animation.
* Suitable for Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts (9:16).
* Transparent background (preferred) or an easy-to-overlay version.
* I can edit the prices myself in under one minute.
* My logo and brand colours should be included.
* Smooth, professional animation (number counter, rolling digits, slot-machine effect, or another creative idea).
* Include a "Price Reduced" title and a downward arrow or similar visual effect.
