Pulse Tech Hub Event Presentation Video
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Create a cinematic, visually engaging presentation video for the opening event of Pulse Technology Hub in Perth. The video will run in sync with five speakers and is intended to support and enhance the live speeches with clean visuals, minimal text, and strong narrative flow.
You’ll be working closely with the client (us) in an iterative process to refine segments. Expect at least one round of feedback per day, with fast response times on our end.

Keep on-screen text minimal (only labels or one-word titles).
Use the supplied 3D building model to create a high-quality walkthrough.
Reinforce the five Pulse Pillars and brand identity through animation and storytelling.

Hub Coordinator (1 min) – Voiceover Only
Dynamic 3D walkthrough of the Pulse building.
Key areas: entrance, toilets, exits, networking zones, demo spaces.
Light overlays (e.g. “Toilets”, “Exit →”, “Networking Zone”).
End with a brief event agenda screen (visual only, no paragraph text).
CEO (8–10 min)
Talking-head segments intercut with:
Brand visuals and client collaboration moments.

Light motion graphics showing safe collaboration between regulators and industry.
Visuals of inspections, offshore platforms, confident professionals.
Words like “Trust”, “Compliance”, “Cooperation” can appear sparingly.
CEO – Closing Speech (1 min)
Pulse montage with real footage or B-roll: tech trials, people networking, smiling faces.
Closing tagline: “Let’s shape the future of energy, together.”
End with clean, high-quality Pulse logo animation.
Deliverables:
