Promotional Video Editing with Voice-over

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to help me with a promotional video. I will provide the voice-over script, but I need someone who can seamlessly integrate the voice-over, along with the other elements of the video.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Experience with promotional video editing
- Ability to work with voice-over

Please note, the voice-over script will be provided by me.
