Promotional Video Editing in Canva

I'm in need of a freelancer who can create a professional promotional video for me. This video will be used to reach a broad audience so it needs to be engaging, high-quality and succinct.
Key Points:
- The video will primarily comprise of real footage. You need to have good experience in editing live-action sequences, and understanding on how to create a cohesive narrative from them.
- Proficiency in Canva is crucial. This is the tool I've chosen for the project, so you must be familiar with it to create and edit the clips seamlessly.
Ideal Skills:
- Video editing

Must Deliver to Complete Project:
- Each clip needs to be set to: Set Video As Background
- In-Clip-Audio needs to be muted for each clip
- Creative part: Clips need to be in proper order, sped up, divided, and slowed down to experience a nice flow of the property a sample video link will be provided
- Water mark needs to be added
- Music needs to be added from Canva (with a fade at the end)
- A starting photo (1 second duration) and ending photo (10 seconds duration) needs to be set.
- Total estimated to to edit for a proficient Canva user: 30-60min
