Promotional Video - Cricket Tournament

We need to create a promotional video for a short format Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament under lights.
Songs should have a mix of western and South Indian Tamil beat Songs.
1 to 1:30 mins video.
The person should be able to guide on the kind of pictures or short clips that needs to be taken from organizers and participating teams.
Purpose: Brand building and Increasing Tournament participation.
We plan to create multiple videos other than the tournament promo.
