Professional Property & land Promo Video
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a collection of high-quality footage and stills for one of our flagship properties and I’m looking for an editor who can turn it into a polished promotional piece that elevates our brand presence. The finished video should feel professional and formal—more boardroom than lifestyle vlog—because its primary purpose is brand awareness rather than a direct sales or rental push.
Here’s what I need:
• A tight, visually engaging cut (around 60–90 seconds) that flows seamlessly from exterior hero shots to key interior highlights.
• Clean colour correction, tasteful transitions and subtle motion graphics where they add clarity rather than flash.
• Licensed background music that supports a confident, sophisticated tone.
• Final deliverables in 4K and 1080p, plus the editable project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects are all fine).
I’m open to your creative input on pacing, lower-thirds or even a light text overlay if you feel it enhances the message, but the core requirements above are non-negotiable.
