Product Entry / Product Upload Specialist (Event Décor Inventory)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Entry Specialist to upload and organize our event décor products online.
This includes entering product names, descriptions, pricing, images, and organizing items into their correct categories inside Booqable.
The ideal person is efficient, accurate, and good with formatting and clean data entry.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
1. Product Uploading
• Add new products into WordPress/WooCommerce and Booqable
• Upload and format product images (crop, resize, rename)
• Enter product titles, descriptions, specs, dimensions
• Add pricing (daily/weekend rental, replacement value)
• Enter stock quantity and SKU
• Add product tags and attributes

2. Category & Folder Organization
• Place items under correct categories, such as:
o Stage Décor
o Centerpieces
o Walkway Décor
o Backdrops & Arches
o Furniture
o Charger Plates
o Linens
o Welcome Signs
o Props
• Ensure breadcrumb navigation and hierarchy is correct
• Keep product structure neat and easy for customers to browse

3. Content Formatting
• Write clean, simple product descriptions
• Ensure consistent formatting across all products
• Add keywords for SEO (optional but preferred)
• Standardize image sizes and background style

4. Updating & Maintenance
• Remove discontinued or damaged items
• Add new arrivals
• Update pricing or categories when required
• Maintain inventory accuracy

⭐ Requirements
• Experience with or Booqable
• Fast and accurate typing
• Good English writing skills
• Photo editing basics (crop, light brightness adjustment)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow naming/formatting rules
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in event décor / photography / rental inventory
• Familiarity with SEO product listings________________________________________

• 100–500 products entered (depending on project)
• Organized categories and subcategories
• All images uploaded cleanly
