Produce CapCut Cafe Chat Videos
Budget: $3 – $10 NZD
We run large organic audiences, land I’d like to start pushing out short “cafe chat” videos twice a week. Here’s what I need:
• Each video is a quick interview with one of our customers approx 90 secs to 3,4 or 5 mins. We will upload two videos, one of each person, and sometimes more than two people but for the first 6 cafe chats just two.
• The tone must stay informal and conversational—think friendly banter at the counter rather than a stuffy Q&A.
• I’d like a blend of recurring questions (to give the series consistency) and a few spontaneous prompts tailored to each guest so it never feels scripted. You will need to add in 4 panels of relevent information in each interview that backs up a stat comment of each individual, to break it up
You will add book ends, coffee chat, with the two interviewees at the start and a ending panel. You will be given access to upload every cafe chat on Wellington lives You tube.
• CapCut is non-negotiable; it’s what I’m already using to publish on TikTok and Reels.
Workflow & volume
On the two agreed-upon days, I want six finished clips ready for posting—roughly two per hour, with each edit taking no more than 20 minutes. I’ll supply the raw footage ahead of time and can sync on any branding assets you need (logo, color hex codes, lower-third templates).
Deliverables
– 6 fully edited vertical videos (60-90 sec) per production day
– Captions burned in, minimal jump-cuts, light background music from CapCut’s royalty-free library
– Exported in 1080 × 1920 MP4, plus project files so I can tweak anything later
Once we wrap the first week smoothly, I’m ready to make this a recurring gig. If you’re comfortable turning around edits fast and keeping that warm, coffee-shop vibe, let’s chat!
Turnaround must be within 24 hours.
The file sizes of video examples are too big to upload. Here is an example.
