Polish 6-Minute Sci-Fi Short
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’ve already scripted, storyboarded, and generated every clip for my six-minute action-adventure set in a futuristic universe. The edit is locked for story beats, yet it still feels unfinished because the audiovisual polish isn’t there.
Here’s what’s left to elevate it:
• Sound design and mix – Layer a rich futuristic/science-fiction soundscape beneath the dialogue, with extra-detailed SFX for environmental transitions so each cut truly sells a shift in location or atmosphere. Think whooshing airlocks, distant reactor hums, and subtle UI beeps that make the world feel alive. Final mix should be balanced for stereo and ready for online distribution.
• Background ambience & underscore – Continuous yet nuanced beds that complement high-energy action sequences without overpowering them, then ease back during quieter character moments.
• Color correction & grading – Unify clips that came from several AI generators, matching exposure, contrast, and hue, then craft a cohesive cinematic grade (I lean toward a cooled, high-contrast sci-fi palette, but I’m open to your creative eye).
• Pacing refinement – The finished runtime must land at 6:00 ±1 second. Trim or extend micro-cuts, tighten transitions, and ensure momentum never lags.
Deliverables
1. Master video file (720 ProRes or high-bitrate H.264) at exactly six minutes.
2. Separate stereo audio mix plus individual music/SFX/dialogue stems.
3. Project files for whichever NLE and DAW you use (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Pro Tools, etc.) so I can archive and revisit if needed.

• All visual assets in 720
• Dialogue track and transcripts
• Reference notes on intended emotion for each beat
