Podcast video editing for digital agency

Hi, I'm looking for a talented freelancer to help with video editing for podcast episodes for a digital agency. Our podcast episodes are roughly 30-60 minutes long and we need someone that can edit our videos on a weekly basis. We are hoping to incorporate these videos into social posts so will need them cropped and need subtitles added. We would like someone that is open to discussing the various editing styles and effects that could be incorporated into our videos, as we're unsure of what would suit best. We also need help eliminating the buzzing sound in the background of our video recordings. I will include a test run we recorded where you can hear the background noise.
