Podcast editor.

I have a podcast and I'm needing someone to do all the below

Video edit and upload to youtube, audio editing and publishing, show notes, sound clip (headliner etc) and show graphic. Ideally I'd like to have someone on a flat per episode fee as sometimes I may not record the same amount of episodes each month etc.

I use anchor for audio, and zoom to record video so I'd want someone to be able to log in and download files from there. Edit any breaks etc.
