Podcast Video Upload and Edit
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I appear on podcasts and will be starting my own podcast. I need someone to take the finished podcast video files, give them a quick polish, and get them live on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. The polish is light—simple trims, top-and-tail clean-ups, adding a thumbnail or basic caption if needed—nothing heavy on motion graphics or complex colour work. Once that’s done, the video (along with the title, description, tags, and any timestamps I supply) should be uploaded to all three platforms so the posts go out on the same day.
Here’s what a typical episode cycle looks like for me:
• I share the raw recording (usually MP4) via Google Drive.
• You handle the basic edit, export it in the correct specs for each platform, and confirm it looks good.
• You publish or schedule the episode on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, making sure the copy, tags, and thumbnail appear as agreed.
• You send me the live links for a quick check.
If you already work comfortably with tools like Premiere Rush, CapCut, Canva, or similar quick-turnaround editors, this will be straightforward. Consistency and reliable turnaround matter more to me than deep-dive post-production skills.
Acceptance criteria for each episode:
1. Clean intro/outro trims with clear audio.
2. Correct aspect ratio for every platform (square/vertical/wide as appropriate).
3. Thumbnail and basic captions applied when requested.
4. Successful upload to LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube with my provided titles, descriptions, and tags.
5. Live links delivered back within the agreed deadline.
If that sounds like a smooth fit, let’s talk.
