Podcast Video Editor Needed

I'm looking for someone to edit a multi-camera podcast video. 16 minutes total which will be 8 minutes after cutting it

Requirements:
- Edit video shot with two cameras
- Create an engaging reel from the edited video
- Format the reel in horizontal (16:9)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience with multi-camera editing
- Ability to create engaging highlight reels
- Creative decision-making for selecting highlights
