I am starting a podcast with a focus on monologues and I am in need of a skilled video editor. The role involves not just basic editing, but also conducting some online research to enhance the content of my videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Cut out mistakes and pauses, add background music, include text overlay and subtitles, and incorporate images and clips.
- Research: Find relevant statistics, search for topic-related images or clips, and identify key talking points or trends to add depth and context to the videos.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Veteran in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Experience with podcast video editing preferred.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to source and identify relevant content.
- Creative and able to enhance the video content with engaging visuals.
