Podcast Editing & Social Media Management

I'm looking for a talented individual who can help me with some basic podcast editing and social media management.

Podcast Editing:
- I need someone who can edit my podcast. The editing mainly involves removing mistakes and inconsistencies in the audio, as well as adding intro/outro music. It's more on the basic side, so you don't have to worry about complex sound design or enhancement. I am currently using Descript.
- The desired tone for the podcast is conversational, so I need an editor who can maintain this tone throughout the podcast.

Social Media Management:
- I also need support with managing my social media presence. The primary platforms I'm focusing on are Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube (I need assistance creating my YouTube channel)
- You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, responding to comments (though I may have another staff member do this), and helping to grow the audience on these platforms. I am considering using Social Bee but have not paid for this service yet and am open to other social management tools.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in audio editing software
- Experience in social media management and marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of conversational tone in content creation
- Creative mindset for developing engaging social media content

My specialty is in the field of aging, specifically supporting caregivers and those living with dementia.
