I run an interview-based podcast and need a professional to help with audio touch-ups, minimal video editing, thumbnail creation, social media snippets, and episode promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance sound quality and clarity with audio touch-ups.
- Perform minimal video editing, such as adding links, trimming, and preparing for publication on YouTube, Spotify, and Instagram.
- Create engaging, casual-style thumbnails for video uploads.
- Generate short, shareable snippets or reels from the podcast for social media.
- Develop relevant promotional images for each episode.
- Compile a comprehensive marketing package per episode for distribution via email to guests and the team for sharing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in podcast editing and audio enhancement.
