Are you a skilled short-form video editor who knows how to turn real estate talking head content into engaging videos under 60 seconds? Do you excel at delivering scroll-stopping edits quickly while maintaining quality? We’re looking for someone who specializes in short-form content that captures attention and drives engagement!

What We’re Looking For:

Expertise in editing short-form real estate talking head videos (less than 60 seconds)

Strong knowledge of platform-specific trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Ability to create dynamic captions, transitions, and hooks that capture viewers' attention in the first 3 seconds

Efficient workflow with quick turnaround times
Proficiency in removing fluff, adding engaging text overlays, sound effects, and music

Responsibilities:

Edit short-form talking head footage into attention-grabbing clips

Add bold captions, transitions, and music to optimize content for social media

Format videos for vertical (9:16) platforms

Collaborate to ensure each edit aligns with the client’s brand tone and message

Preferred Experience:
Previous work in real estate marketing or influencer-style content

Understanding of how to build content that resonates with social media audiences

Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
