Personal Video Enhancement

I have some videos recorded on my smartphone that I would like to enhance for personal memory preservation. The main goal is to make our faces more visible and clear.
The attached video is just a short one, but the light and the quality are similar for the rest of the videos. We have 5 videos with less than one minute each.
