Pee Wee Player Spotlight Videography
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m hiring someone to attend my son’s upcoming pee-wee football game and capture video that keeps the camera primarily on him. The goal isn’t full-game coverage or a generic highlight reel—I need footage that follows his every snap, run, or block so we can review and enjoy his individual progress later.
Preferred angles
• Sideline view for most plays so we get a clear horizontal look at his positioning
• End-zone view when the offense is moving toward or away from that end, giving us a head-on perspective of his routes and tackling lines
If you can shift between these two spots during change-of-possession breaks, that will cover everything I’m after. Close-ups are optional; smooth tracking of him on the field matters more.
Equipment
A modern mobile phone with a good stabilizer or gimbal is perfectly fine. I want the convenience and quick hand-off that smartphone footage allows, so there’s no need to haul larger camcorders unless you personally prefer them.
What you’ll hand over
• Raw, high-resolution clips of every play where he’s on the field, shot from the angles above
• A quick index (time stamps or short notes) so I can jump straight to each drive or big moment
No post-production editing is required beyond basic trimming—just be sure the footage is steady and he stays in frame. Once recording wraps, you can AirDrop, Google Drive, or WeTransfer the files the same day.
The game will be in Elkridge MD on Sat. 8/30 Game between noon and 2pm. Specific time. Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to find the best spots and confirm jersey number with me.
