I'm in need of a professional who can modify both the date and the PDF version of my files. Here's what I require:
- Update PDF versions to 1.3 and 1.5
- Change the date modified
Please note, the freelancer will also be responsible for editing a tutorial video demonstrating how to make these changes using any app.
