Online Course Video Content Coordinator

Job ID: 39866399

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

My online education program is scaling quickly and I now need a dedicated hand to keep every video lecture in perfect order. The coordinator’s entire focus is managing online course content—more precisely, our growing library of recorded lessons.

Here is what the work looks like day-to-day: raw Zoom or Loom files land in a shared Google Drive; from there they must be titled, trimmed only when necessary, and uploaded to the LMS (we use Canvas today, but may move to Moodle or Teachable). Once online, each video needs clear metadata, thumbnail, and the correct position inside its module so students can find it without hunting around. A brief note to the teacher confirming the upload closes the loop.

Interactive modules or text-based lessons might follow later, yet for now it is strictly video lectures. I value a smooth process: predictable naming conventions, logical folder structures, and weekly summaries that tell me what’s live, what’s pending, and any blockers.

Deliverables (weekly):
• All new video lectures uploaded, organised, and published in the LMS
• Consistent titles, descriptions, and tags applied
• Status report outlining completed uploads and any issues

Experience with basic video handling tools (Clipchamp, iMovie, Adobe Express, etc.) and a solid grasp of at least one Learning Management System will help you hit the ground running. If keeping course videos neat, searchable, and student-ready sounds like your ideal groove, this project is ready for you to take the reins.
